L. Don Prince has 30+ years of operational and general management experience in multiple industries, public and private companies. A degreed engineer with an MBA, Don began career with Rubbermaid Inc. and worked for 24 years with Bell & Howell Company. In his last position, he was SVP/GM of a technology business. Don holds an Ohio real estate license through Real Estate Showcase, Inc. and is securities licensed.
Gary L. Lovett, CPA has 30+ years of public accounting experience with a national firm and owning his own. Gary’s specialties include business audits, financial statement analysis, tax return preparation, trusts/estates, business valuations and dispositions. As the newest member of M&A of Ohio, Gary advises on related tax ramifications relative to a business sale.
